This distinction recognizes a faculty member who has made outstanding contributions to the Honors Program community. Nominees have had meaningful impact on the quality of Honors instruction, provided exceptional advising to Honors students, and significantly demonstrated their support of the Honors Program. 

Honors students may nominate a faculty member who has taught an Honors undergraduate course or conversion in which the student was enrolled or a faculty member who has served as their advisor or thesis supervisor.
